As you walk into our space, your eyes are immediately drawn to the massive LED wall (it’s hard to miss). That’s Samsung. At 4x3 meters, it’s one of only three this size in all of Switzerland. Dynamic ceiling panels upgrading the space? Also Samsung.
This collaboration came from a shared vision: to make technology feel immersive and part of the innovative atmosphere.

Livingdreams brings warmth and refinement into our space. Based in Meilen, the premium Swiss brand is known for custom-made indoor and outdoor furniture that blends timeless design, Swiss-quality craftsmanship and sustainable materials.
Their full collection spans everything from elegant lounge sets and luxury sofas to sculptural garden pieces (interior lovers, take note).
In our space, you’ll find a handpicked selection of standout pieces, like the bold wooden community table that anchors the room and invites people to come together.
Crafted from high-end materials like teak and recycled ironwood, their furniture brings a sense of calm, character and quiet luxury to our industrial setting.
Dornbracht stands for precision, elegance and innovation in water experiences. Known for their iconic fittings and architectural approach, the brand has redefined the experience of bathrooms, kitchen and wellness spaces.
Based in Iserlohn, Dornbracht is the leading specialist for premium designer fittings and accessories for bathroom, spa and kitchen. Founded in 1950, the company is now represented in over 125 markets worldwide. With clearly defined design principles and a consistent focus on user needs.

At PFA Studios, you’ll find Dornbracht in every bathroom, the kitchen and our clubhouse. The highlight? A sculptural Murano glass washbasin paired with the iconic TARA faucet.
Jan Kath creates rugs that feel like works of art. Their signature style blends centuries-old craftsmanship with a bold contemporary design language that’s unmistakably theirs.
Each piece is hand-knotted by a single artisan over several months (the same time it takes to bring new life into the world). This deliberate pace ensures unmatched precision and depth. Materials like Tibetan highland wool, silk and nettle fiber, combined with eco-certified Swiss dyes, give every rug its unique richness and presence.
At PFA Studios, two huge Jan Kath’s take the spotlight on our hallway walls. Hung like art, the masterpieces are there to be looked at and admired.
Desta’s Coffee brings energy and heritage into every cup. Founded by former professional ice‑hockey player Desta Daniel Kebede, this Zürich-based roastery sources its beans directly from Ethiopia’s highland rainforests, honoring the birthplace of Arabica.
Each batch uses only heirloom, hand-picked Arabica cherries grown at 2,000 m in Kafa. With full traceability and fair partnerships, every roast reflects Desta’s passion for authenticity, ethics and flavor.
We know we chose the right coffee partner when people stop mid-sentence to compliment it. And don’t get us started on the secret Espresso Martinis...
